The Service is offered as a paid subscription, which may include monthly, annual, trial, promotional, or founding-member pricing.

Prices, billing periods, included features, and trial details are shown at checkout or on our pricing page. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your payment method for the subscription fees, taxes, and any applicable charges on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

We may offer a free trial, such as a 3-day free trial.

A valid payment method may be required to start a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription will begin automatically and your payment method will be charged for the plan you selected.

Trial terms, including trial length and the amount and timing of the first charge, will be disclosed before you start the trial.

Free trials are generally available once per customer unless we state otherwise. We may modify, limit, or end free trial offers at any time.

For subscriptions that renew automatically, we will provide disclosures at checkout that explain:

• That the subscription renews automatically unless canceled;

For annual subscriptions, we may send a renewal reminder before your renewal date where required by law or as a customer-friendly practice.

If you cancel during a free trial, your trial access may end immediately and you will not be charged.

If you cancel during a paid billing period, you will generally keep access until the end of the current billing period, and your subscription will not renew.

Canceling your subscription does not automatically delete your account unless you request account deletion.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our discretion. Issuing a refund in one situation does not require us to issue a refund in another.

If your payment method fails, Stripe or we may attempt to process the payment again. We may notify you and ask you to update your payment method.

If payment is not successfully completed, we may suspend, limit, or cancel your access to the Service.

You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts, except where prohibited by law.

The Service, including lessons, prompts, text, graphics, logos, branding, designs, videos, software, templates, and overall look and feel, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own learning and internal personal or business use while your account is active.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or create derivative products from the Service unless we give you written permission.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, testimonials, or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

You may also choose to receive marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Transactional emails may still be sent when necessary to operate your account or subscription.
